As a free service to our clients, we will attend mediations and settlement conferences. During mediation we are able to provide settlement quote proposals as needed and are available to discuss the benefits of structured settlements.

Once a settlement concludes with a structured settlement, we will request and obtain funding for the structured settlement premium. We will also provide structured settlement language required for the Settlement Agreement. We will assist in reviewing all settlement documents to ensure compliance with the life insurance company’s requirements and also to ensure compliance with the appropriate tax codes.
